Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time, and you rely on your real estate agent to help make the process as smooth and painless as possible. But sometimes, you can choose a bad real estate agent in Boston, making buying or selling your home even more frustrating than it needs to be.

If you’ve never bought or sold a home with a real estate agent before, it may be difficult to know when you’ve chosen poorly. And sometimes, all the recommendations and reviews in the world won’t warn you that you’ve decided to work with a bad real estate agent in Boston.

COMMUNICATION ISSUES

When choosing a home, or trying to sell the one you’ve got, your needs should come first.

If you say you only want to look at homes in a certain neighborhood or with a specific number of bedrooms and bathrooms, your agent shouldn’t bring you scores of homes to look at that don’t meet these criteria.
